The use of illegally gathered evidence in the criminal trial

Kiuru is dealing with a crucial topic which especially in economic and drug criminality may cause problems for obtaining required proof. The report reflects the situations where evidence finding causes particular efforts but the way of gathering may, due to the fact that it has not been gathered properly, in the end jeopardize the result of the trial. According to a working group, the setting of an anticipatory exclusion on the use of evidence should belong to the tasks of the prosecutor.
